We suggest booking as early as possible to give us ample notice and lock in your date. That said, we sometimes have last-minute openings, so send a request anyway, even if your event is coming up soon!
Yes. When you're ready to book, we'll send you a rental agreement to sign, so everyone knows exactly what to expect.
We know plans change. Just let us know as soon as you can. The cancellation details are spelled out in your rental agreement.

It's an XGIMI MoGo 4 Laser projector that shows your event's photos as a slideshow on the wall. It's included with Platinum and available as an add-on.
Yes, every package includes a backdrop and props. Browse our Backdrops page and tell us which one you like.
Every package includes 400 photos total. With both booths, the 400 are shared between them.
Just ask! Extra photos are available as an add-on, and we'll include them in your quote.
Yes! You get physical prints and digital copies of your photos, so you can hold them and share them.
A GIF is a short looping animation made from a burst of photos. A Boomerang is a quick clip that plays forward, then backward, on a loop.

Yes! We arrive early, set up before your first guest walks in, stay with the booth, and clean up when the party's over.
We'll talk through the space you'll need when you book. A regular power outlet is enough, and we'll need easy access to where the booth will be set up. See the Setup page for how event day works.
